He was on time and offered several good options. Have several friends who have used him before also and they were very happy. Appears to be nice and professional. He looked at several other future things we might want done and appeared to be very knowledgeable

He was very efficient. I called the day after installation because there was a seep in the cold water intake. He came out the next day and fixed it which I really appreciated.

I was helping an elderly friend to get his house ready for market. A hole in the wall of the garage suggested the prevous existence of an outside faucet. He installed a new faucet, connecting it with the existing line. He also traced a basement leak in a bedroom ceiling to a leaky tub area in a bathroom directly above. He discovered the leak to be due to a defective seal around the tub faucet. He re-caulked to seal it, and ran water to test for leakage downstairs. The problem was fixed!

He has his own company and it's relatively a newer company. For three year period it wasn't holding enough water inside. I've had really good experiences with this company. The owners name is Don Hildebrand. I've had a number of interactions with them and they've all been really good. He's done much bigger projects for me in the past. It was a relatively minor job but if we have a running toilet and it's not flushing very well because it's not getting enough water. Since I have a solar hot water system, I have had a leaking backup tank and they had to be replaced. There was some water in the basement because the pump was dirty so it's one of those things that needed to be maintained. He came out right away and checked it. He sent somebody else back out the next day. I wasn't like I had standing water or anything so it wasn't urgent but he did immediately come out and look at it as well as send somebody back. I think they are really good in terms of communication with their customers. They have a really good dispatch system and they have a dispatcher names Kathy. It's easy to actually talk to a person and they do get right back to me. I've had a good experience because a lot of times it's hard to get a hold of anybody or actually talk to someone. I've had a long term experience with the owner and he's a master plumber. I also know that he can do other things like he's put an in wall faucet for me and an Italian sink. He's done major work for me in the past. He's just reliable and available to come out quickly. I think they do a lot of other water systems and other things too but I haven't tried them for that.

Overall the experience wasn't horrible, but not satisfying. Don was late, but got to work right away. Rather quiet man but he did answer some questions I had. I asked if he would install this special bidet seat for me, and he did, and I paid him for that since it wasn't included in the installation. The other toilet was supposed to be there in a few days so he asked me if the next Friday would work. I originally said yes, but then I called him right back as I had forgotten about some plans I had, so we set up for the following Tuesday. That Friday he called about coming out in a few hours but I told him I still had my plans. He gave me a time frame for Tuesday. I really don't believe he had any intention of showing up Tuesday as he didn't confirm the appointment, as he had in the past. I had called Home Depot about a few of my concerns the day before. While he was here he was on his cell multiple times, and not all calls sounded like work. He'd walk back and forth from the bathroom to his truck on the cell. He then sent a very young man out to replace the second toilet, which worked out fine.

The project took longer than anticipated but Don stayed late to complete the work and we had hot water for the weekend. Don has always been responsive, professional, thorough and fair -- I would recommend his services to anyone.

Don gave me a fair quote, showed up when he said he would, did what he said he would do, and charged us what he said he'd charge us. I'm really glad I found Don (thank you, Angie's List!). He was sensitive to some special concerns we had about toxic materials, and he was willing to work with me on installing a water filter system I had designed myself and purchased online. Everything is working well. Don was the 4th plumber I had contacted, and the first to show up, give me a good quote, and then show up to do the work. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

I bought some new toilets from Home Depot and PlumbSmart Technologies installed them for Home Depot for a price. I had nothing but all kinds of problems with them. They did not show up when they were supposed to and they did that about 3 or 4 times. They eventually showed up. The guy who was supposed to come did not come and he called me and said that he will be sending someone else. The plumber I got eventually was good and I would give him a high recommendation. But PlumbSmart Technologies gave me an awful bad time.

I won't use them again. It was not the guys fault that came to do the work. It's the attitude of the company that they can charge such outrageous for 2 hours worth of work. I thought Lawyer had been to my house when they showed me the invoice. Not plumbers.

This was actually a project that took nearly 60 days from start to finish. Don completed all of his work in a timely fashion, and always had the plumbing completed and inspected as it pertained to us receiving our overall inspections and CO.

We liked the attitude with the people. He was prompt and that part of it was good. He was good on problems that he understands.

Don of PlumbSmart Technologies was extremely professional,punctual,did quality work, was more reasonable(price-wise),and lent good advice. He was a departure from my first(unreliable) experience and was able to finish our job.

Don made the initial phone call to an individual who was equipped to get my rain water system working. I very much appreciated that he went beyond what might have been expected. He would not let me pay him even though he had invested his time and had repaired the leak. I will definitely call him the next time I need a plumber.

Didn't show up for the first appointment. He called back a few days later to make an appointment and said it was his fault that he didn't schedule the first one electronically and missed the appointment. He was nice and reviewed/discussed what we needed when he did show up. Asked for our email (he already had our phone and address) and said he would work up an estimate and send it via email. That was2 months ago. Never saw or heard from him again. Goodby to you.

He kept saying he would give me a quote and never did. Pretty much useless.

I had a report from an inspector who said there was a leak in a pipe. Someone from the company came out, went under the house and flushed the toilet many times. He didn?t find anything, and there wasn?t anything for him to do. He called me back the same day that I had called him. He was an honest person and I was satisfied with him. I would recommend him.

When another plumbing outfit failed to return my calls, I looked up PlumbSmart because I knew that Home Depot used them as a subcontractor. They came out to look at the job quickly, scheduled the work, showed up on time and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and their price was very reasonable.
