A Fraser fir tree fell on the roof of our porch and second story. The insurance adjuster came very quickly as did the roofer to examine the work to be done. Then it took several weeks before there was time in the roofer's schedule to schedule the work. The roofers came and did the work replacing the porch roofing. A separate contractor replaced the damaged gutters. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction and the workers worked steadily and hard until the work was completed and they were polite as well as cleaned everything up well and hauled the debris away.

All phases of our skylight installation from estimation to completion were friendly, courteous and efficient. We will probably have this company do some roofing repairs in the future based upon their excellent service. I do not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

First of all, the office responded right away, gave us an estimate of cost, were friendly, and assured us they would have someone out that day by afternoon. They are a little pricey, but absolutely worth the cost. They showed up within the hour the same day, found and repaired the issue, took a picture for reference, explained the problem and solution, cleaned up afterwards, and we're very knowledgeable. They didn't treat us like idiots or old foggies, were masked, professional, and courteous. They are getting our business for any future needs. Highly recommended.

Date they came out was put off many times. For them to come back out to finish what they missed took to long finished myself.

Pisgah Roofing did a terrific, rather difficult job reroofing my octagonal gazebo for a very good price, so when my house's old roof developed a leak, I was on the phone to them immediately. A rep came out that day, assessed my roof's condition, and soon thereafter I had a beautiful, brand new roof. Roofing in winter could be tricky, but they worked around the weather and fit me in as a priority. Reroofing your home is a major expense, and you can get some mind boggling estimates, but Pisgah Roofing's prices are reasonable, and they do a professional, high quality job. They followed through as contracted, stayed in close contact with me before, during and after the job, and perfectly cleaned up an incredible mess of old shingles at the end. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

We had an excellent experience; they came out to do the estimate when they said they would, the estimate was very fair, and the project was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Although the materials took a little longer than expected (which was out of their control), they stayed in touch with us to let us know the status of our job throughout.
