On the plus side, Pisgah showed up and did the work--a simple flashing repair--promptly. Speaking as a retired general contractor, I know this itself is almost exceptional: no one shows up on time. The quality of the work was adequate: it stopped the leak. On the negative side, the price quoted was $1500 for a 2-man 1-1/2-hour fix. If I'd have charged $400 I'd have expected a complaint being filed. But the rain was coming, and at 80 years old I don't do roofs any more. So...Pisgah's OK, but watch the price.

Lost a shingle during a storm on a second story roof. Repaired my missing shingle on the scheduled day. Couldn’t not tell where the repair was completed. Easy to contact office and they kept me posted on when repair crew would arrive. Will hire them for my next roofing project.

they have not come back to fix roof yet, have already paid them 1`/2 the price agreed for materials

Wow!! I requested an estimate on Friday. Got a call the same day. Came out for the estimate on Tuesday and a week later we are done. Fast, efficient, excellent workmanship. I highly recommend.
