This whole event was precipitated by a very large water bill that was caused primarily from the leak from the water heater which resulted from the faulty pressure reducing valve. They came out and looked at everything right before the big snow and were back the following Wednesday and Thursday to complete the work. They were on time or early and worked quickly and professionally. It was a very pleasant experience and I was told by another plumber that their charges were very fair.

Hired Pike Plumbing for staged bathroom remodel plumbing based on recommendation from interior designer friend and was extremely disappointed with the service and plumbing work for the following reasons: 1. Communication very poor with Pike Plumbing repeatedly failing to respond to voice mails and texts for days to weeks regarding scheduling of agreed upon work in a staged bathroom remodel that combined 2 adjacent small bathrooms and a closet into one large jack-and-jill bathroom. 2. Paid Pike Plumbing 2/3 of estimated job cost after approximately 50% of work was completed, then they failed to return to complete the remainder of the staged job that they had understood and agreed upon would require 3 to 4 separate trips to our house. Failed to respond to multiple voice mails and texts after receiving partial payment. Fed up with my plumbing experience, I completed the remainder of the job myself that included the following: Toto dual flush toilet installation and plumbing; bathroom sink installation and plumbing for 2 free-standing sinks with exposed pipes; claw foot bathtub installation and plumbing; and completion of 2 separate venting systems for shower plus bathtub area and sinks plus toilet. Thank goodness for PEX piping and Sharkbite fittings. I will likely never hire another plumber for my future remodeling jobs. 3. Pike plumber placed water line risers for free-standing bathtub hardware through floor too close to wall without connecting the elbowed water lines at time of installation. At time of claw foot tub installation, I discovered the mistake as I was unable to connect the elbowed water lines to the risers due to not being able to turn water line pipes 360 degrees because of closeness to the wall. Again, Pike Plumbing refused to return my voice mails or texts to remedy their amateur mistake. Again, I elected to fix the problem myself by accessing the upstairs floor space plumbing through the main floor ceiling and removing the water line risers after chiseling away the tile and floor mud surrounding the risers. I then reinstalled the exposed hardware as one piece after connecting the risers, valves and elbowed water lines before installation. Note that we have a log home so there was not a wall space to access and more easily remedy the mistake. Under no circumstances would I recommend Pike Plumbing. The office was polite, concerned and called when the techs were going to be late due to delays in helping other customers. They arrived later in the evening and saved me from have a very cold, waterless home.

The gentlemen that arrived at my home and performed the repairs where knowledgeable and proficient. I have more plumbing needs and I am using them in the near future.

Technician arrived on time and performed all services in a very professional manner. He answered all of our questions and was able to complete the entire job wihtin the 1 hour price quote. A coupon was presented at time of payment and immediately accepted. We are very happy with the completed job. We will use and highly recommend this company in the future.

Fast and correct.

I've been managing rental properties for many years. Pike plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have used. Their prices are reasonable but they are also extremely professional, friendly, and well qualified. After the rough in we had several things that needed to be tweaked. Aaron and his guys came out immediately and made the adjustments so that our other projects would not be delayed. During the job, they came across a busted pipe and fixed it immediately at a very reasonable cost. They really did a great job. I wish I had found these folks years ago. On a side note, if you are a woman or if your wife/partner will be dealing with these guys, they are very respectful, polite, to the point, and easy to deal with. I couldn't help but give them an A on everything, but I should say that in my experiences with contractors and plumbers (and I have a lot), their high level of responsiveness and professionalism are pretty unusual. I will keep using this company for sure.

One of the most efficient repairs done to anything ever at my house. Gotta love it when things go this smoothly!

The plumber, who happens to also be the owner of the company, showed up on time and ready to work. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem clearly and how it would be resolved. He seemed to work very efficiently and his prices were VERY reasonable. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home to work while I ran out. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

From start to finish it was only 5 hours (he needed only 20 minutes to fix the problem). Overall is was a great experience aside from not having water for part of the day.
