Description of Work: I've used Payne's Tree Service multiple times - jobs ranging from full tree removal (Large Oaks and Walnuts) to climbing large oaks and removing hanging limbs. Richard has saved me thousands compared to other quotes as he can climb and limb a tree where others will bring in a crane.
