Description of Work: The mainspring on my Rolex watch had died, and it was time for a cleaning. Not wanting to have to make two trips to Charlotte to deliver and pick it up, The Karat Patch sounded like a wonderful option to pursue.

+ 0 moreThey were convenient. They provided one day service. They were very nice. They called me and I went to drop the watch off. They called me again once it was done and I then went to pick it up. I would tell others to use them. Karat Patch is actually a jewelry store. I haven’t bought any jewelry from them and watch repair is only a portion of what they offer. If need be, then I would use their services again.
Description of Work: I used the services of Parkers' Karat Patch in August for watch repair. They replaced the number markers in the watch.
