I believe they are on Angie's List. She was punctual, professional and just very personable. She came out, did an estimate and told us what the various levels of service were. We picked one, she came back on the agreed upon date as well as at the time she said, did it and it was done. We would use her again. It's just the two of us so we don't really need housecleaning a lot but if we are getting ready for another party we will definitely call her again.

On Wednesday, March 5 2013 I contacted this service and spoke with Pam. She set an appointment with me to provide an estimate on cleaning my condo for Thursday, March 7, 2013 between 10:30 AM and 11 AM. I waited and called her around 11:45 AM and left her a message, asking her if she was on her way or when I could expect her. She never returned my phone call nor did she show up for the appointment. This is a service that does not know how to treat customers.

I was moving out of an apartment and they did the clean-out for me. I was very pleased.

I am very pleased. She cleans the home on a regular basis. She is very reliable and efficient. She cleans it well.

They were very good. They charged me about $125, but I don't remember. I had to move out and it was complete cleaning. Their personal touch impressed me. They were great and I liked the interview. They were really personable and thorough. They responded immediately when I called. I didn't have to wait. I would use them in the future too.

I contacted the company and explained my intermittent cleaning needs throughout the year for our vacation rental home. Pam was very professional and a pleasure to talk with. She was able to give me a quote and work with me remotely by phone. Owning a vacation rental home can be challenging enough, if you do not live in the same city as the home, so having professional relationships like this that are reliable, organized and ethical make the management of a vacation home much less stressful. Pam makes my job easier on a regular basis. I contacted the tenants and they were very pleased with the home and the cleanliness of it. They even commented on the fresh clean smell of the home. I highly recommend this professional, reliable and ethical company for house cleaning.

I found Pam online, and she returned my voicemail promptly. From the initial conversation, she clearly runs a professional and thorough cleaning service with quite a few employees (servicing homes and businesses). She was completely in-line with exactly what I was looking for in terms of a very thorough service. We confirmed our time the day before, and she arrived 45 minutes late for the estimate. (She explained that her cell phone ran out of power so she was also unable to call.) We reviewed the service, and she surveyed the area. She provided me very professional paperwork indicating all services that would be provided -- clearly she does this service often. We discussed when the service would take place, and she was available when I needed her (on a Saturday -- hard to find!). Her estimate was very high, and I decided to go with another service that promised the same services for significantly less.
