The crew painted the interior of my whole apartment including walls, ceilings, doors, and trims. They did a great job in preparation and execution. The apartment now looks new. Their price, I think, is reasonable. It was a great experience working with them.

Chris and the entire team were wonderful to work with. All the workers were respectful, courteous, and happily did minor things I pointed out. They were able to do work almost as soon as I gave them the job. I was kept up to date on any issues and the work completion date. I would very highly recommend them.

Paint Asheville removed popcorn ceiling and repainted the ceilings in 5 rooms in my home. We hit a snag when they first called me to the house to check the work- the 2 coats of paint did not appear to completely cover the ceiling. As it turned out, the sheetrock in our older house had absorbed some of the paint. The project manager sent a crew to add an additional coat of paint at no additional charge that same week, commenting that she would not expect us to accept any work that she wouldn't accept in her own home. We did experience a few mishaps regarding communication with the project manager, but nothing major, and nothing that we felt impacted the end product. Overall we are quite happy with their work and would use them again. Their price was consistent with the other quote we got for this project and we felt it was a fair price for the work.

They are very detail-oriented and thorough. All prep and repair work is done professionally with no cutting corners. If a problem arises they ask and offer solutions before carrying on. All estimates are organized and site specific and emailed promptly. In short: They make life easier and more beautiful for me. I canâ t wait to hand them a new project!

They do great work, no flaws!!

The negative was their communication. They would say they were coming and not show up, or call or come hours after they said they were coming. They left on a Friday afternoon (without saying a word if they were coming back to put the furniture back) and I had to call on Monday morning to find out what was going on, otherwise, they did good work!

They pressure washed the house and painted the front steps, deck and back steps. The pressure wash was great, but there were issues with how the front steps were done. The response was great, though. The project manager herself came and addressed the issue(sanded and painted).

Everyone we met from PaintAsheville was very professional and responsive to all our concerns. The work was performed quickly and met all our expectations. We would hire them again for any painting needs. They showed up on time and were very careful with our furnishings.

Chris and his team were personable, professional and easy to work with. They did amazing work and were very attentive to detail...making sure that I was happy with all that was done. You could tell that they all had a lot of experience and knew how things needed to be done. I would definitely hire them again and am planning on doing so in the near future for a smaller project that I am working on.
