+ -1 moreWe were having some problems with our computers printing to our network printer. Since we use Mac and PC there were hurdles to get it to work right. We contacted One WHo Serves and they came out right away. The technician figured out what was wrong rather shortly. He reconfigured the entire system to fit our set up. After he was done, everything seems to work more effortlessly. The system does not just go "out" anymore. We have used One Who Serves on a few other occasions and each time they have done a great job.
