I’ve been waiting to get an estimate for a new roof, and I got a bill in the mail for $703 instead. They said there wouldn't be a charge if it was an estimate for a new roof? They said it was for the repair work? They said they’re going to turn the bill over to a collection agency. They say they have all sorts of pictures of roof repairs that are needed, and pictures of the patches they made. I’m wondering if those are the patches I did? The water is still coming in, and they’re billing me for a repair that didn’t do anything. They said if I let them put on a new roof they’d drop the bill for “repairs.” They never sent me a quote for any of the work either.
Description of Work: It went very bad. I called them to come check my roof because water coming in. Two men came out who hardly spoke any English, and they cut out a core sample (which you only do if you need a new roof) while I was up there with them. I had to go back down because I had customers inside my store.
