+ -1 moreVery experienced deck builder. It was especially difficult because it was built on a steep incline with two levels connected with two stairways.
Description of Work: New Dimensions builds the very best deck and outdoor stairways possible. It will last for years and years.

+ 0 moreHe took a lot of money from us but did not do the work. He tore things out so we would need to hire him later to finish the work. He didn't finish anything we hired him to do. What he did do was of poor quality.
Description of Work: They were supposed to remodel 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and the basement among other things.

+ 9 moreDespite encountering multiple quirks and problems in this old farmhouse, Tom was never stumped nor thrown off his stride. He always knew what would work, what was needed and what to do next. Even when measurements were squirrelly, Tom figured everything out and was able to explain to us what was needed and why. He is SMART, funny, and does a terrific job. Always. That's why we call him Tom Terrific.
Description of Work: Redesigned an upstairs 1/2 bath to include a full shower and bath, changing sink placement; all tile-surround for shower; skylight above the shower; all tile, plumbing & electrical. Redesigned/remodeled closet into a "Murphy kitchen": a double sink with counter space both sides; under sink/counter storage, and two cupboards above; a new double sliding window over the sinks; dedicated line to a small refrigerator in another closet space; plus all plumbing & electrical. Replaced single kitchen sink in main kitchen with double sinks & new, larger counter spaces.
