Description of Work: We did not end up using Mountain Brook Homes for reasons unrelated to service and price.

JD Wallace, the owner, was with me all the way. When I was looking at land to build on, if I found a plot I liked JD would go out and determine if what I wanted could be accomplished on the lot. This was all before I ever contracted with him and he never charged me for the service. He saved me from making two HUGE mistakes. Once I found a suitable piece of land JD went full steam ahead to get my house up. He's somewhat of a perfectionist and every single minute detail was attended too. We are almost done with the construction and I can't say enough nice things about this company. Oddly, especially for me, I can not find a single negative.
Description of Work: Mountain Brook Homes helped me design and select a floor plan that would work best for my needs.
