Jim is patient, friendly, and thorough with his clients! He does a great job, cleans after installation, offers suggestions, a fair price and wants his clients completely satisfied. His team is the same. Jim is setting up another branch in another area, but still had time to answer our concerns... I highly recommend Jim with MORE SPACE PLACE for closets, built-in, etc.

A great experience. Beautiful product line and there was lots of flexibility in the elements for oddball spaces. The owner provided several diagram options for each space. The price was well below expectations. Installation was quick and efficient. Well worth seeing the showroom where they have incredible murphy beds and other cool space savers. End product is solid and was one of the best investments I made in remodeling.

The install and use were great and have held up well.

They did an excellent job and made repeated visits to our home to correct a minor drawer issue to our complete satisfaction. We are exceedingly pleased with their finished product which gives us much more storage and organization than we've ever had previously . We would use them again in the future and recommend them highly to others. The price of the closet seemed high to us, but we have never had custom closets before. They are likely quite competitive with other custom closet companies. We feel they did a wonderful job and we are thoroughly pleased with both the master closet and the laundry enhancements.

We had looked at the big box stores- and found that their in-stock utility cabinets were cheap but flimsy and unattractive- not what we wanted. We tried a kitchen/bath store- their utility cabinets were better but quite expensive. We ended up at more Space place and liked what we saw- very sturdy, basic utility cabinets in a variety of widths and depths. The sales person was helpful; showing us options but not pushing us to buy anything that would increase the price unnecessarily (they had a number of optional door and finish styles). The only "extra" she urged us to buy was a filler strip "just to have it in case we needed it during installation...and if we did not need it, we could return it." It turned out we did need it to make the installation look best, so we were glad that she had suggested it. The price was less than the kitchen/bath store quotes just for the cabinets- and morespace place included delivery and installation....and it included the door hardware (which is usually one of those "gotcha extras" that can add up fast when you have to buy a dozen or more door pulls) The install team (2 guys) was very professional in their approach and performance. They knew what to do and did it effectively...I was amazed that they started by sweeping the garage floor...and when they left, the only way you could tell they had been there was the presence of the cabinets. The cabinets are level, securely fastened in place and the doors adjusted. All in all- a very satisfactory experience. I'm always amazed at the price chipboard/laminate furniture, but these are sturdy and functional. My wife now has her eyes on one of their Murphy beds...that looks like furniture and not some oddball piece in the middle of a wall... so sometime in the future we'll probably be back there.

On time,on budget ,as ordered. What more could you ask for.

He came out and looked at our closets, looked at what kind of space we were using, and drew up some 3D renderings of what they thought we could use. The price varies a lot depending on the materials and the type of closet that you choose. The guy that I worked with sat down with me, talked about why he chose was he did, and talked about how we could change anything. I plan to use them again.

They came to our house by appointment, took the measurements for a small walk-in closet., and discussed our particular needs for storage. They drew the plans and sent them to us via e-mail. We went into the store, talked about the design, and chose the finishes and accessories. They ordered the parts and scheduled delivery. The parts came in early, so we were able to move our installation date, which suited us better. They were able to finish the installation in the time scheduled. The installers were very neat and professional. I would definitely call them again.

Everyone at the company was very professional to work with and there were no problems.

The project went really well no problems great service!

The workmen are excellent. Not all pieces came in so the job took additional time while we waited for the remainder. Each installation took considerable time because it had to be exact and the walls of my garage are not straight up and down. Some parts sent by the suppler were not what the order book said they were, so Amanda had to re-order them.
