+ -1 moreNobody came out. It was all done online. They knew what they were doing. The results came out very well. I cannot complain. The computer works fine now. They performed good service at a good price. I am happy with them. My overall experience was very good.
Description of Work: I used Microtech Express to clean the computer and get all the little bugs out of it.

+ -1 moreSTan fixed several computer problems for me including errors with my back-up, checking some program issues, and setting up my all-in-one printer. I had set it up but couldn't get the sacna and fax portion to work. He got everything working and is researching another isuue for me when he gets back to his office. He was punctual and was very respectful of my home and of my pets. I would highly recommend him and his work.
Description of Work: I had a list of service issues with both my computer and the installation of my new all-in-one printer.

+ -1 moreThe whole transaction was great. He was very helpful, he understood my concern about costs and tried to help with it, and was not interested in trying to charge me for the phone call. I appreciated that very much. He seemed to be easy to work with and I would have chosen to continue working with him if the Win 7 install did not go well.
Description of Work: My son was building a new computer from scratch, ordering each part separately from various different vendors. He received all the parts, and had them all connected (correctly as far as we knew), but the system would not boot up properly. We had a Windows operating system on the hard-drive we were using (he cannibalized the HD from his old computer), so we figured we were set, and could not figure out why it would not boot up. I called Microtech Express with the intent of taking it over to him, but he generously solved the problem for us over the phone. We needed our own operating system. He suggested several cost saving measures to keep the expense down, but it seemed to me that what I needed was to buy Windows 7 and go with that. I asked if he thought that would solve my problem... he said he was positive it would. I said that if we install Windows 7 and we still have problems, can you help us out? He said sure, just let me know. We bought Win 7, installed it, and the computer works great. I appreciated his helpfulness, and appreciated knowing that he was available if he needed him.
