Very professional, responsive, and dependable. Haynes isn't the cheapest, but sometimes you get what you pay for. If you have a bigger job, or an older home it's worth having it done by these guys. They were also great in working with the city on the permits. The plumber, Sam, was very knowledgable and friendly. They really went the extra mile.

They are prompt they get the job done, the prices are a little high but you pay for experience.

They're outstanding. I have never had anyone come out that was so careful doing their service check. He not only knew what he was doing but had done work on this system before we purchased this house.

They were excellent. The company sent 1 tech the first time, but the problem came back; the second time, they came back at night with 2 plumbers to thoroughly fix the problem. They went our of their way to make sure we had a working toilet.

M B Hayes solved a water leak problem that WNC HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING couldn't or wouldn't.

I did electric rerouting and the electric company hired Haynes to do all the work with reference to the poll and they did a good job. They did the outside work that brought the electric into the house. They a good work and they were very professional.

HAYNES personnel were courteous, timely and professional. There were no surprises from the job estimates and the project was completed as planned. I was very satisfies with the final results. They also were very helpful in dealing with the gas and electric energy companies and suggested an improvement in the path of the electric supply to the house. This suggestion was subsequently implemented by the electric utility company.

It went very well. I had changed to this company from another company, primarily due to pricing for 2 inspections (one heat, one cooling) per year. I had set a general date for the cooling inspection and called them since I had not heard. But, the secretary said I was on the current call list for the next day. We set the inspection and they called before they came, showed up on time and did a timely and good inspection. I was satisfied with the service and with my decision to change providers

Very professional. I had brain surgery during this period, and they were thoughtful and quiet during my recovery.

All the required parties - HVAC, electrical- appeared on time and everyone knew what they were supposed to do. The installation process was very well orchestrated. All the MB Haynes team members were extremely professional. I was very impressed. Also I'm happy that I chose the particular heat pump that I did -no buyer's remorse. My energy bills are significantly reduced and my home's temperature is much more comfortable. Great job.

Installation went well, and done on time. Delivered wrong unit (Heat Pump vs AC) - ended up keeping the Heat Pump. Took three trips and different technicians to get the complex settings of the thermostat set correctly (made more complex by combination of two-stage heat pump and two-stage furnace setup) but they did hang in there and get it right. But if I had not been reading the manual, asking questions and taking a prove-it-to-me stance, it would not have been setup correctly. Everything now works like a champ. Happy to keep them on for annual service.

I needed an electrician to evaluate a problem with my standby generator before going out of town. I called Progress Energy, since I pay for their Homewire service. Progress Energy said that, although my generator was not covered by my Homewire contract, I would receive a discount with their local provider -Haynes Electric. They notified them through their Homewire system. After waiting two days, I called Haynes myself. After being referred to the service department, I got an answer machine. I left my name, number and a description of the problem. My call was never returned. One week after my initial call to Progress Energy, I received a call from Haynes saying they had a referral from Progress Energy. I told them I had already gotten the work done by Larry Allman. Update: A manager from Haynes called me and expressed his apologies for the poor response noted above. He was sincere in telling me that he was looking into exactly what happened. He did not want it to happen again. He offered a discount for any future service I have with them. I appreciated his response. This is what all companies should do when their performance falls short of their objectives. I have changed my evaluation accordingly.

The work was done by two men. A lead electrician and his helper. They came and looked at the problem and then decided they needed to go back to the shop. They were gone for 2 hours, when they came back they fixed the problem. When I asked how much it was going to be they said the office did all billing. When I got the bill in the mail they charged me for 3 hours of work for each person that worked but they were only at my house for an hour. They charged me for the hours that they were not there. Since the office billed I had no recourse but to pay. Real shaded practice in my opinion.

John and Adam from Haynes Plumbing were two of the nicest and professional servicemen we have had the pleasure of encountering. They knew exactly what needed to be done and did the repair in record time. While here we mentioned that the hot water flow from the kitchen faucet was very slow. They disassembled the shutoff valve under the sink and showed us that some of its insides were broken and a new valve was needed. Couldn't believe how much better the water flow was after they finished. Would not hesitate to call upon Haynes Plumbing again and would like to ask for Adam & John.

Called and got an estimate to replace and install a large gas hot water heater. They gave me a price over the phone that was $2000 less than 3 other estimates. They promptly arrived that afternoon at 4:00 PM to do the work, they brought a natural gas model instead of the LP model so they immediately went back to the warehouse and got the right model. They quickly and professionally installed the unit. They also neatly removed removed the old unit and carted it away. They left the hot water closet neater than when they arrived. They stayed until 8:00 PM making sure I was satisfied with the work and answered questions about how to maintain the unit.

The technician showed up on time. Worked in a professional manner. Did the job adequately.

We noticed that our heat pump unit itself was sweating excessively and called MB Haynes to fix the equipment. The technician showed up as scheduled, diagnosed what he thought the issue was and fixed it. However, the next day my AC quit working. MB Haynes sent out another technician who ended up having to replace the motor in the outside unit. While replacing the motor, the technician pointed out weak spots in the copper capillaries inside the outdoor unit. Our AC worked great for a couple of days but then one of the weak spots sprung a leak and we lost the freon. We ended up having three service calls total for issues with the capillaries. Each time MB Haynes came out, a different problem was diagnosed and fixed. We ended up having a total of seven service calls and MB Haynes did resolve the issues. We did not have to pay for all of the service calls as some of them were considered to be "call-backs." Due to the high number of service calls, I contacted the Service Manager and the General Manager. Management responded quickly and effectively and the final loose ends were resolved within a matter of a few days. As frustrating as the situation may have seemed over the course of seven calls, I still feel like we were treated professionally and the situation was resolved fairly. I will call MB Haynes for any future issues with my heat pump.

We did not have a cold enough winter to see if was worth having it done. We had it inspected by the man that does my handy work around the house and he said they did an excellent job and it was installed perfectly. We got a price break because she works for the company so we got an exceptional price. It was about half of what anybody else would have done. They were real quick and it took them less than a day to complete it. We've used them several times for different things.

The technician called shortly before arriving to confirm the appointment. He went to work immediately investigating and troubleshooting teh problem. Within 10 minutes the problem was identified and resolved. The problem turned out to be a wild animal nest that had recently been built in the propane exhaust pipe exit. The technician found and cleared the nest then ran a few other checks to confirm the system was working properly. He then answered all of the questions I had with detailed and easy to understand explanations.
