Margaret helped us to feel secure in our move from VA to Asheville right from the start. We received all of the info. And help that we needed to educate ourselves on the area and it's housing market. She took us from our hotel room to the front door of our new nest with ease. We looked for a couple of months, eliminating areas, and tweaking our budget. My husband and I were interested in different things, so Margaret also provided gentle marriage counseling to help us to come together..8-). We have recommended Margaret to friends and they have also been very pleased. She proved to be responsive, authoritative and our little port of calm in the storm. The weight of the investing in a home and moving is stressful enough, so give yourself a break and call our new neighbor, Margaret.

Margaret was awesome! We were looking for a first time home that was in good condition in a very conservative price range, which made the search a bit of a challenge in the Asheville area. She showed us many houses and we really felt she 'had our back' in that if there was a potential issue she made sure to point it out, particularly in one instance where the seller's agent was trying to downplay some very serious issues with a house. We never felt that she was 'telling us what we wanted to hear' to make a sale and her input was constructive and honest. She taught us a lot about the home buying process and was patient with our very specific idea of what we wanted in a house, and our many questions. When we found the right house, she made navigating the paperwork a lot easier and arranged for the necessary inspections, negotiating the repairs that were needed on our behalf and keeping us informed of how things were going. Beyond all that, she was just great to work with all around, and actually made house hunting fun!
