Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Lyndia has had a lifelong fascination with interior redesign, “redoing” rooms for friends and family since childhood. Her undergraduate degree in dance and choreography - visual line, shape, and balance in motion - enhanced her ability to feel the movement of a space and the sense of flow.
After college she continued her education at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh studying interior design, then interned with a Pittsburgh designer. She also completed her floral design certification at Pittsburgh Floral Academy.
While earning her professional degree in physical therapy, Lyndia learned to analyze physical movement and design a plan to improve its function. Her years of clinical practice developing evaluation and treatment skills have given her a logical as well as creative approach to spatial problem solving.
Lyndia is also trained in the principles and practice of Feng Shui as it relates to our modern culture and lifestyle. Her approach is both intuitive and inventive as she blends the concepts of harmony with her redesign and staging.
Whether you're staging to sell or redesigning to stay, Lyndia's combined training, education, and experience give her a unique perspective to assess and design a plan for your space.
She and her husband Drew have now made Western North Carolina their home. They love the spectacular mountain views, outdoor activities, and artistic spirit throughout the region.
