LOWE'S

The service was good.

They did a super job. I went to the store and picked out what I wanted. The sub contractor came out and did what they were suppose to. They did a good job with the tile back splash.

It's at a house that I'm renting. So, I assume that it's fine, I haven't heard any differently. I did it online.

Excellent in all elements price, quality, installation, professionalism all of it was topnotch. The job was well done. They were punctual. They did it within the time frame of less than a day. The price is excellent. They communicated enough. A lot of it is done in advance by a person who comes out and measures and does most of the talking. The fellow who came was Mexican and didn't speak fabulous English but he was enough to do the job and he had already been briefed. Everything is done by laser and all that. Most of the cutting is done at the factory and then then they come here and just do the finish cutting. They contract with a company that does the installation.

I felt it was competitive and it was easy. We have had problems with opener since then, they didn't replace that, apparently with a particular model of garage door that we had before this one, and the guy warned us that we might have problems. We are going to wind up having to replace the opener.

Lowe's was great. The purchasing process went smoothly and they arranged installation.

I have been very pleased with Lowe's. What I really, really liked is the lady at their lighting department, her name is Lisa Butler and she is fabulous. She was excellent to work with, she was so sweet and she is right there at the store. She took me over to the cabinet people, introduced them so, she doesn't just do her job and leave. She is one of those above and beyond kind of people and she knew what she was doing, which is a rare find with these box stores. Redoing ones kitchen is a stressful thing and she is one of those people that one could go and have a melt down with. She is just a nice person.

After choosing a unit, the assosicate helped us put the unit into our cart and asked if they could be of any other service. We have never received as much of assistance from our local Lowes store in Waynesville. We will travel the distance in the future for any major appliances.

They used outside help for the installation and he was okay. He did the job well. They were not top notch.

They have excellent quality of products and service. The driver was very helpful, polite, and effiicty. They have a really great service. The works are very knowledge about the products.

The experience with this company was okay. Their service was sub-contracted. They delivery was made on time and they called to tell me approximately when they would be there. Then they called when they left the home of customer before me to say they were on there way.
