The provider showed up on time, was very efficient with her work and did an excellent job removing the wallpaper. She was able to get the job completed in the alloted time and did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving the room in excellent condition.

Amy did an excellent job removing wallpaper, repairing walls, painting walls, ceilings, and trim. Amy was prompt and a hard worker, staying all day, everyday till the job was completed. Amy kept her work area neat. Amy is very trustworthy, which was important to me, as I often was away when she was working in my home. She is very knowledgable about paint and products and knew exactly how to repair some difficult wall damage. She also repaired water stains near my skylight and restored wood in my skylight that had some wood rot. Amy has an eye for decorating and style and gave me some ideas for my decorating needs. All in all, I'm very happy with the outcome of Amy's work!

Amy did a wonderful job & I had her do more after the four hours and added prepping & painting & wood restoration. She took care of water stains on ceilings, new trim painting wallpaper repairs. No job was too small or too large for her. I highly recommend Amy.

Any arrived when she said she would, and began to thoroughly assess the situation and was very careful to find out exactly what my expectations were. She began work and came every day, staying for the full day until the job was completed. She was very professional and careful with my home in terms of not causing any damages. When she was through she cleaned everything up completely, leaving a beautiful job.

Amy showed up on time and got right to work. As we have a couple of additional rooms to work on she added some advice, thoughts and insight. The bedroom was finished in 4 hours and she did a great job including cleanup as well as getting the walls washed down from the paste. Great work!

Since many wallpaper seams were opening, Amy went over the entire room, inspecting and making all necessary repairs. At the end of the day, the wallpaper job looked fresh and newly installed. Amy is a true professional who informed me of what she could and could not do with the paper. She is a very pleasant person who answers questions and offers helpful information. She told me her fee up front and stayed with it. I enjoyed having her in my home.

Removing wallpaper is a tedious and time-consuming job, so we were glad to have some help! Amy showed up as scheduled, worked hard for the 4 hours included in the purchased deal, and did a fine job.

If you want great results at a reasonable price Amy is the 'goto' person. Professional, on-time, neat and with helpful suggestions when asked - in 40 years I haven't found a better match. She started on-time, she finished on-time and it looks GREAT. You can't ask or expect more!

The job went very well. Some of the walls had not been primed under the wallpaper. Because of this, it was difficult to remove the wall paper without damaging the drywall. This required wall repair in some areas. The end result was excellent. Amy repaired the walls and painted. Amy was very professional. She always arrived on time and went to work immediately. She definitely has the skills to do a first rate job. I have a few other projects in mind for Amy in the Future.

She had a lot of good information when I asked her questions and even knew a lot about floor refinishing. It took longer than expected because the wallpaper was hard to remove due to poor preparation from when it was initially installed.

Amy arrived on schedule on March 31. I left for my volunteer joib; she called me at noon to say the Orange Glo Refinisher, which I told her I had applied the year before and which had begun to peel shortly after, was not coming off. She had called the company to get their recommendation on what product to use. She had some of the one they recommended, but had to drive back to Asheville to get it. At 5 that afternoon it still was not coming off. She returned the next morning; had done some research the night before and was going to try a stronger solution. Again, I went off to volunteer. She called me at noon to say it was working. She was still working at 6 that evening, until both her scrubbers quit. She was running out of solution and had already ordered a supply, which would arrive on Friday. On Weds. she called to see if she could return to try and get her scrubbers working again. That happened on Thursday. She returned on April 7, finished cleaning the next day, and applied the polyurethane coating on April 9. The floors look better than when they were new! She stuck by the estimate she had given me, even though the job took more than twice the time anticipated. Amy is returning soon to remove wallpaper from and repaper my master bath, and to refinish my kitchen cabinets. Her work ethic is outstanding. I have referred her to several friends.

Amy has been in our house for at least ten days painting, removing wallpaper and repairing plaster. Very knowledgable, does great work. Patient with tedious tasks. She will be back for more projects in the future.

She was very good and I used her for some other stuff after that. She's very good at her work, very accommodating, very flexible, very easy to work with and her prices were very good. She does a beautiful job and makes sure that the repairs are done correctly before painting the drywall or any other services. She does an excellent job and she's an excellent painter.

Job was well-done and professional, and I was happy with the result. Bathroom is much happier as well.

Amy Billings was very nice to talk with; we did not proceed to the point where we would make any appointment. In the meantime, we decided we didn't want to do the job.

Our office waiting room restroom's wallpaper was seriously out of date and claustrophobic. Ms. Billings was extremely professional in her assessment of what we needed to do to re-cover the walls and was able to accomplish the project without any disruption to our office routine or inconvenience to our patients. All she asked of us was to supply the new wallpaper. On time, on budget, beautifully done. Can't imagine anyone doing any better. Very happy.

Another terrific project. Once again, Amy fit me into her schedule, arrived on time and worked her heart out to make sure everything was perfect. This was a tough room with one textured wall, making the straight-line corner transitions all but impossible, and the 1970s wood paneling, which was so thirsty it required 3 coats of paint. Amy caulked the corners and stayed late to paint them and make sure everything was finished in a day. Not only that, but she gave us a terrific price on this very tough job.

The service started out well. She put something on at the end and when it dried, I had to sand everything down. She tried hard but it seemed she did not know what to do with this particular job.

Amy is fantastic. She fit me into her schedule, despite being booked up for the month, showed up on time and finished the job earlier than expected. We already set the time and date for the next project.

She did a great job. She needed more time to finish the job so there was extra of about $100. She was very reliable, very thorough and did a great job.

Amy arrived on time every day. She worked at least 9 hours a day. She would take a ten minute break for lunch and return to work. Amy's work was professional and pristine. Amy would make suggestions and these were always helpful. I highly recommend Amy's Company.

Amy worked long and h****** these walls and has plenty of experience with what she is doing. She was neat with working in a way that kept surrounding rooms clean from the mess. She left the room ready to paint. I plan on doing my own painting, but she does provide that service also.
