, First contacted store by phone followed up with a drawing via email. (inquiry for countertops). Followed up the next day to make sure they received the email. They replied that they would provide quote by end of day. I need to follow up 4 days later. Never received a response until 8 days after initial email. They sent a quote with no explanation, no text in email at all.

Asked for customer references. Told they never give any. Won't even ask a satisfied customer if they can be contacted.

I went into the store to get an estimate for kitchen cabinets and countertops for the house I'm in process of building. A female employee reluctantly came over with a lousy greeting to see if I needed assistance. It felt like a huge bother to get my info. I was told somebody would get back to me for the estimate, but it NEVER happened! Lousy customer service...wouldn't want to trust them with installing kitchen cabinets. Don't waste your time at this place. They must not need any business.

Very professional and helpful. Sales person was knowledge about products. Did not use their services this time, but they have done work for me in the past and I was very pleased.

It is beautiful and I would most certainly use them again. Doing a whole house remodel is not really a good experience, but working with these people helped make it easier. They were pretty good about cleaning up while they were going which was good because we had a lot going on.

The job went very well. We called Kitchens Unlimited first and requested an estimate for the work. A representative of the company came to our home to view our existing kitchen. He took extensive measurements and gave us a ball park estimate based on the general type of cabinets and countertop we wanted. We selected specific cabinets, cabinet features, countertop and countertop features shown us from Kitchen Unlimited catalogues and samples in their showroom. We were given a detailed estimate and an approximate time line of how long the job would take and the sequence of events to complete it. All our many questions were answered before we signed the contract. One third of the total cost was required upon signing. The remaining two thirds was paid after completion. We particularly liked that the cabinet and countertop installers were punctual, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave us helpful information regarding the care of our new cabinets and countertop. When the cabinet installers said they couldn't reinstall our over the stove microwave oven, our contact at Kitchens Unlimited arranged for another service person to do that job. It's fantastic to have a much improved kitchen. We would certainly recommend Kitchens Unlimited for reasonably priced, professional kitchen remodeling.
