They sent me an email requesting more information on project. I responded immediately and then received no response. Sent a follow up email asking for response but was again ignored. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Task was completed safely and satisfactory. Response time was fast when requesting a quote and scheduling the job.

I wouldn’t trust these folks to do anything. I started a tree trimming project in Angi and they responded right away offering to help, requesting additional information. I provided more details and they went completely silent—no response. I sent multiple follow-ups and they didn’t even provide the basic common courtesy of a response. I can understand if the job was too small but this was poorly handled. Given their approach to customer service, I recommend staying away.

They called back after leaving the first voicemail. I was going to hire them and asked to make sure they were insured. Never got certificate of insurance. Have left 3 subsequent voicemails and they never have returned my calls. Apparently they don't want to do the work but at least tell me so instead of just not returning calls. I was really impressed with their salesperson/estimator that came out to talk about the job and was excited to hire them.

They did a wonderful job. They were really good to work with. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a really fine job.

All went wonderful! They trimmed 5 trees and by the time we arrived home everything was cleaned up like they hadn't even been there!! I referred them to my in-laws, who used them as well.
