This company is very friendly and responsive. We were looking for a house in Asheville and found a long list of about 13 we were interested in. The agent took us to all of them in one day and showed us all around the city. One thing we were disappointed in was that the agent didn't find very many houses for us to look at. We would discover them online and then ask to see them. We were sent regular emails from the company of the houses for sale in the area. What we really liked was that we could call the agent anytime and she would almost always be available right away to open a house for us. We also valued her opinion about what houses were not worth it, though she didn't turn us away from anything, only told us her opinion. In the end we bought one that we were watching as soon as it came on the market. The buying process was a bit tedious, but our agent got us through it.

Eva Hartman is an amazing realtor. She helped sell my house in downtown Asheville, including helping me figure out what needed to be done to sell it, and helping me with quality information all along the way. If you want to work with a realtor who understands you and your needs, Eva is great.

The experience was great except our mortgage company screwed up the paperwork, thus delaying the close date. Jody was professional and fun throughout the whole process. Not pushy but proactive for sure.
