+ -1 moreThey quickly diagnosed the problem -- breaking it down to two separate issues -- and they told me how to proceed. They really know their stuff. They're honest and I will use them again whenever I have a plumbing problem.
Description of Work: These fellows came out to our house within an hour of my call to look at a problem -- slow drainage from a toilet and some backup when the clothes washer drains.

+ -1 moreVery well! They were polite, prompt, efficient. They are hard working servicemen. No white collars and snappy uniforms! "Down home" fellows, but good at what they do. Reliable and honest.
Description of Work: Installed new faucet in kitchen. Cleaned lines while attaching faucet. Some time later we discovered a leak in the line prior to the new faucet had caused water damage on the floor and back of cabinet. They returned; cleaned the line again, and checked back to see all was well.
