+ -1 moreThey are very unprofessional. I contacted them on May 10th and again on May 15th asking for a meeting to go over my needs. Both times I got an automated response but they never contacted me. The curtesy of a reply would have been appreciated, even if only to be told they were too busy to work for me. Now I'm 10 days later and STILL don't have the help I need. If they didn't have 5 minutes to make a phone call I doubt they have time to do the work. I expected better from someone listed on Angie's List; this is the first time I've been disappointed with Angie's.
Description of Work: I needed ongoing help mowing and maintaining my very large yard.

Description of Work: Regular mowing and lawn care, winter and spring lawn service; pest control, leaf removal, etc. Angie's website site limits or prevents the entry of certain information such as recurring or regular service instead of a specific date, or various instead of a specific dollar amount. Annoying. This is not J&J's fault. They are outstanding.

+ -1 moreVery Happy with their service. I like to cut the lawn myself when I can, but I'm away a lot so I needed someone to take care of it sporadically. They are very professional, show up when scheduled and clean up. If they are going to be delayed because of weather, I get an email from Jennifer telling me so. I'll be using them again this season.
Description of Work: A series of single lawn cuts while I've been out of town. Did not take a seasonal contract.

Description of Work: Johnny takes care of our mowing blowing and edging needs throughout the growing grass season. He has also taken care of leaf removal in the fall and did a great job!
