Terry is the real deal. He diagnosed the trouble with my dryer in minutes and came back a week later and fixed it. It was a hard fix but he worked harder and did a fantastic job. He's even found another problem and will be back to fix that as well. I highly recommend him.

Terry Wilson came and assessed what was wrong with my oven. He ordered the part and returned as soon as it came in to install it. Terry was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have his card in a safe place so that I can call him again. I highly recommend his services!

Mr. Peterson was responsive, punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He readily and wisely assessed the situation and resolved it immediately.

I called and immediately got a human....his wife. She coordinated with Terry so that he could fit me in. He was at my house within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned later in the day to install it. He is an interesting, nice guy....a retired engineer who grew up helping his father repair appliances. A pleasure to work with.

Initially I thought everything was fine but it didn't turn out that way. This nightmare started around Aug 31 (2020). Mr. Wilson was nice and courteous but failed to correct the problem after three visits covering several weeks. He first said the fan in the freezer needed replacing, which he did. That did not correct the situation. Next he said the rubbers that goes around the freezer door was to blame. That didn't work. On the third attempt Wilson said the refrigerator was out of balance. It cost me almost $300 and the problem was never fixed. Originally I submitted a very high recommendation for Mr. Wilson but this has to be retracted inasmuch as he never repaired the unit. I wish Mr. Wilson well but will not do business with him again and can not recommend him.

I was impressed that Mr. Wilson called me within a minute of my submitting my request. He was at my home within 2 hours! He was personable, professional, has a wealth of many years of experience and was able to immediately tell me what had happened and proceeded to fix my freezer. Since I own a number of rental homes, I will definitely be using him again! I have already highly recommended him to my other friends who also have rentals. At last....someone who knows what he's doing!!!

Had to come our 3 times. Normally, repair kits for this problem are sold with 4 parts. He only replaced one of those parts on the first trip ($180), then he had to come out again because he didn't reattach the exhaust tubing as requested, which ultimately he had to replace ($22). The dryer started making loud noise again within a week, so he had to come out a third time to replace the 3 parts that he failed to replace the 1st time ($80). To his credit, he returned each time quickly.

He was polite, knowledgeable, arrived on time and did a great work. The price was very reasonable. If I needed work he would be the person I would call.

Great experience. Mr Wilson arrived at 8:30 the morning after I called him, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very personable guy. If I ever have large appliance trouble again, he's our man. I recommend him without qualification.
