Terry was great! He arrived early and diagnosed the problem with our fridge very easily. He fixed it and charged us a very fair price. He was also honest with us about the fact that the fridge may not be worth repairing again. I will keep his contact info for any appliance repair needs in the future!

Terry arrived as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and ordered a replacement part. When the part arrived Terry returned and expertly installed the new part. Our dishwasher now works like new. We also enjoyed a quick chat with Terry and found him kind and courteous.

after a couple miscues on connecting, Terry arrived on time. very curious and se s able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue with my washing machine. He went into town to get the part, replaced it and was gone. Very nice man. we exchanged 'sea stories' as we are bot Navy vets. I would hire him again and recommend him. good work ethics.

Fast service and came on time and did a perfect job . Everything was as promised with Terry Wilson and my washer was fixed the next day. Friendly, courteous and I contacted one day and he came same day and had to order a part and it came next day and he called and the next day my washer was fixed. I fully recommend In His Time and will use again as I need.

Excellent. Personable yet managed to take apart the dryer and replace the heating coil up while talking with me. And put it back together just as quickly and competently.

Used Terry Wilson twice: once to install dishwasher and then to replace dryer motor. Very pleased with service Found a dryer motor when hard to find during COVID. And installed after work hours to get it in. A excellent service.

Terry has worked on my washer twice and each time his service and knowledge of the problem was excellent.

My oven quit working two days before Christmas and Terry came over Christmas Eve morning to fix it for us and saved my Christmas dinner.... Terry was very kind and respectful. The oven is working better than it has since we first bought it. Terry was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and also why. The price was also good for the service he provided. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to all my friends and family.
