Terry was very kind, and came over quickly on the weekend. He did not really seem to know a whole lot about the refrigerator he was to help us with. He told us we had a part that was still under 10 year warranty, and that turned out not to be the case. While he was at the house he said one thing, and then contradicted himself later. All in all, we did not have a lot of confidence in his knowledge of this particular refrigerator. Instead of getting it repaired, we ended up having to get it replaced.

Terry was terrific. I liked him immediately. Not only did he call right away after I had scheduled an appointment, he was the only pro I talked to who would tell me what was possibly wrong with my washing machine. I could not believe how quickly he diagnosed the problem. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I found out he also repairs dryers, stoves and refrigerators. He is quite a find and will keep his card for the future.

Terry came within a couple of hours of my request which meant a lot since my refrigerator was not keeping temperature and I was at risk of losing a lot of food. He is so competent, experienced, professional and personable it was an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. Great service - we called about our dryer making a terrible squeaking and grinding noise - Terry answered call and said he'd be at our house in 30 minutes and he was. - He new right away what the problem was - He had the part with him and fixed it right on the spot. I would definitely call him again!
