Description of Work: Tony painted three new rooms we had built in our basement. We used zero VOC paint, so this was more difficult, and required more coats than regular, more toxic paint. He also helped me install Marmoleum flooring in one of these rooms. The price above reflects this as well as the painting.

Description of Work: Tony came in and helped me paint the exterior and kitchen interior of my 160-year-old farmhouse, which I am restoring. I have experience as a professional house painter and I am extremely picky, especially when it comes to vintage houses like mine. Tony assisted with scraping away ole paint, carefully sanding original poplar siding, double-priming and double-top coating everything. His work was meticulous and precise, and the level of finish was excellent. Tony also helped me finish the cabinetry installation in my kitchen renovation, assisting me in setting the lower cabinets and trimming out the kitchen. Afterwards, Tony helped me paint out the kitchen interior, which involved a lot of complicated trim, some exposed wood beams which needed to be carefully avoided, and a lot of windows and cabinetry. Again, Tony's work was excellent. Zero complaints, and I'm extremely picky, like I said.
