When I contacted Gutter Man, they sent a sales rep promptly. He checked to see what I needed and gave an estimate at that time; no waiting for him to go back to office and work it up. He answered the questions I had then and also the questions I sent via e-mail later. He did not try to pressure me in any way and did not try to sell me anything he did not feel my size of roof needed. The installers came out within a week of my selecting them and on the day they said they would. I am pleased with the price, the installation, and the product.

This business owner was quick to respond, provide an explanation of services and cost, and submit a quote. He and his crew contacted me before their arrival on the day they were to perform work, arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the gutters and downspouts on three homes, cleaned up the property when they finished the install and thanked me for the business. The crew was well organized and focused on the job(s) at hand. I would recommend them for quality of work, quality of product, communication with me and overall pricing.

Niles, a co-owner, came to the house for a free estimate. He was courteous and well-informed. When the workers arrived to install the gutter, they also were courteous and VERY efficient. They worked quickly and well, presenting me with a bill that was exactly the same as the estimate and less than one other company's estimate. If I need more gutter work, I will call Gutter Man of WNC first.
