This job went extremely well. Because this was an emergency situation, they rearranged their schedule and brought a crane out and set it up and got the tree off the house in a half day. They prevented the tree, which was propped up in a very dangerous manner, from bringing the entire wall of our house down. They came back a couple days later to haul off the wood. (Usually they do all of this same-day, but since they'd squeezed us in we were more than happy to have that part finished later.) This is the fourth time we have used Grizzlybear Arborcare for tree services, but the first time we've needed to call them due to an emergency. This was an extremely technical job, but we knew we could completely trust them. Each time we've called them, they visit the house and give us a thorough assessment of the work which needs to be done. William has an expert understanding of how to manage very large trees and when climbers are needed. He helps you figure out how to keep costs down by keeping your wood or chipping it and leaving onsite if you can use it or know someone who can. We have quoted him against other tree services several times, and he's always very reasonable and usually the very cheapest.
