The communication level was great, they gave me ample notice of when they were going to deliver the dumpster and wanted to make sure exactly where I wanted the dumpster placed. And they took the extra time to make sure they didn't hit my new fence I just built (it was a tight 'squeeze' to get the dumpster exactly where I wanted). I will definitely use them on other jobs.

+ 1 moreI called them and they responded immediately. I thought I would only need the dumpster for a week, but then when the weekend came, I needed to extend it until the following Monday. I called late on Thursday and they were perfectly willing to leave it for three more days. They arrived on Monday at the exact time they said and the service was extraordinary.
Description of Work: Griffin Waste Services is FANTASTIC! They provided an accurate estimate, showed up exactly when they said they would to both leave the dumpster in my yard and pick it up. They were courteous, conscientious and very, very helpful. Having all that "stuff" taken care of by such an outstanding and friendly group has made my life SO MUCH EASIER! + 1 moreWe call Griffin Waste to get dumpster delivered and they always answer the phone and We never have to wait more than a couple of hours for the delivery and when We are done it is as easy as calling them back and letting them know it is ready and they are back just as quickly as they brought it to haul it off. Great service.
Description of Work: As a business owner myself it is of most importance that customer service be the number one aspect of any business. I am proud to say that We have been using Griffin Waste consistently for the past year and a half. We have used them countless times in order to perform our services to people and everytime We call needing a dumpster these guys are quick and professional and have even helped us out after business hours. We run a 24/7 emergency service water damage company and without Griffin Waste our business would not be where it is today. + 1 moreCalled two other local companies for price on a 10 yard dumpster rental, quoted $250 and $325. Called Griffin Waste, their 10yd. rental is $195.00. The gentleman that answered the phone was friendly, courteous, and explained the guidelines for acceptable waste, additional services offered, and rental period. The $195.00 includes one ton of debris, seven day rental period, and delivery and pickup. For an extra $50.00 someone would load pile of gathered debris into dumpster, small fee for extension beyond seven days, and a fee of $60.00 per ton...above the initial one ton of debris included in the rental price. I asked for early morning delivery and was promised a delivery time between 8 and 9 a.m., dumpster delivered promptly and efficiently at 8:10 a.m. Excellent service, courtesy, professionalism, and a fair, reasonable price. Highly recommend their services.

+ 1 moreThey were courteous, prompt, and efficient. I had to have them dump the container several times; they always came the same day I called, hauled away the old dumpster, and replaced it with a new one. I was inside the house and never even knew they had come and switched out containers. Dumpsters were clean. When Griffin hauled full units away, they never left a mess. They placed the dumpster in the back of my driveway without causing any damage to the concrete whatsoever.
Description of Work: Called these folks to rent a 10-yard dumpster to use while performing a major cleanout of my house, garage, and basement.
