Description of Work: We had a new sunroom built onto our house. We chose tile for the flooring. We shopped around at the big home improvement stores but found the most reasonable deal at Flooring America Asheville. The salesperson, Carla, was friendly and knowlegable and responsive to questions and requests for information, verbal and written. Their quote was produced on a computer and easy to understand. At the big stores their quotes were hand-written, off the cuff, and confusing. We ordered the tile. It was installed when promised and a good job was done. Later we noticed 11 tiles (fills a box) that were a slightly different color than the others. We let FAA know of our concern. Their manager, Gerry, came to our home to take a look and immediately confirmed that the tile, indeed was mis-colored. Within a couple of days their workmen came, removed the faulty tiles and replaced them. The result is a perfect looking tile floor. About six years ago, we purchased carpet at the same store. Gerry was the manager at that time too. At that time he was very helpful and responsive and quickly took care of a problem that came up. Overall, we are very happy with their services.

carpet installation
+ -1 morePurchased the carpet. When they measured, they suggested to purchase extra carpeting so there wouldn't be a seam in the middle of the room. The end result was a seam in the middle of the room with a lot of extra carpeting still being stored at there store. The carpet is improperly insatalled and bunches at each wall. The date of purchase and installation may not be accurate, since it's from memory.
Description of Work: Sale and installation of carpet.
