Express Carport

Terrible !! Dumped the metal sheeting on my lawn, forgot the proper anchors, wrong colors. Five months ago and the materials are still laying out in the weather. Despirt many calls no response. Owner Neil Osborne can't tell the truth. Looks like I'm on my own. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS !

Terrible business. Neil and his partner Mark lie as easy as they breathe. They set a building for us that was deemed unsafe by the county, destroyed our yard and driveway, "lost" our check and wanted more money and we had to call the Sheriffs office due to the threats of violence against us by Mark. Neil and Mark were told by the Deputy if they came on our property they would be arrested. Lucky we kept all texts, voice mails and used the speaker phone settings so we could have witnesses when they called with the threats. We have turned all evidence over to an Attorney and he is working on the issue. No guys...he's not done with you yet. How this crooked corrupt place is allowed to continue business is this county is a disgrace. Plenty of building dealers in the area. Use anyone but these guys. They are dirty.

Purchased Shed from Neil 3 weeks ago and paid in full.. a few days later got a email that Manafacture had a price increase and I would owe another 156$.. Which I did not like after the fact but I agreed to pay as I needed my shed.. 3 weeks goes by and I get a call from installer for app to install and I owed them over 900$.. I emailed them my invoice that shows paid in full but it seems they were not paid!! After a few phone calls and some BS from Neil I got part of the Money refunded via paypal and he keep my deposit amd told me I could just pay them.. I refused to do it thay way as I had this worked out because I was to be out of town and thats why I paid in full to begin with so there would be no issues.... He then refunded me the rest of the money as there was no way he was gonna make any earnings from me after screwing my whole deal up... Lucky for me I still am on schedule for a shed from manafacture without using him for our dealer. If you make a deal.. then keep your word and follow thru... I recommend that future consumers find another dealer that will do what they say.. carports are sold everywhere he obviously dont need the business
