Eric and his crew were excellent. My husband is rarely impressed by the work we have done and repeatedly said "I'm so glad we went with Eric." His prices were reasonable. He was quick but thorough and very professional. We will be probably be hiring him again as we move towards renovations next year. I highly recommend him!

I had called Eric and left a message, he called back a day or so later, apologized for the delay. I explained that I have standing rain water inside the corners of my garage-due to blow-in from heavy storms, hitting south facing big garage door, which then stayed, sitting on my un-leveled cement. I was desperate in need of a solution. I have called so many contractors, left messages to come out and look at my problem. Many didn't even return my calls, and, some not bothering to show up after scheduling a time to do so. I understand this is the busy season, but..... Even though Eric's schedule was very busy at the time, I told him I couldn't wait for a week till he came. He was so very accommodating in my plea, he lives a far distance from me, even still, he agreed to come out on 4/26/15 a Sunday afternoon!! He told me that he would have to research my problem for an other option, since I'm not able to remove existing cement flooring due to cost. He called back with follow-ups. Ultimately, Eric was unable to help me, and told me so-which I appreciated. He said that he was trying to find someone who could help me. I value customer service highly. And I believe Eric would have given me, a fantastic job if, we could have done what was needed! I would defiantly hire him in the future, he seems like a really great guy! Thank you Eric! Jeannot

Ours was an extremely difficult job and very detailed; we got the right man for the job in that he does high quality, excellent work and has great attention to detail. Eric guarantees his work and returned numerous times until it was right. Highly professional and keeps his word. The job took longer than expected but turned out well.

Eric and his assistant Cardin are punctual, thorough, and fast. Removing the entire floor and all the broke joists in our sunroom was a big operation, but Eric knew exactly what to do and replaced it all new joists and supports, which have made that space one of sturdiest in our home. When we replaced the patio doors, they'd become damaged and Eric used bondo and paint to make the door look new. He also placed metal flashing around outside door frame and in other places to help fight water damage. Hi assistant Cardin helped with very detailed tasks related to the painting of our house, our floor molding, and she also installed a proper dryer vent to the outdoors, running the tubing through our attic and outside of the house. A+ team!

I had called another roofer not on the list first. He never showed up and didn't return any calls. That is when I went on Angies List. I found Eric Shipp and gave him a call. He answered his phone and let me know his availability. Eric came out when he said and did the job well. Wish I had started on Angies List first.
