Rick arrived on time on a Friday to visit the site, ask me (the probable buyer) some questions, and take a few pictures. He told me that the appraisal would be ready early the next week. I called his office the Wednesday following the visit, I called his office and cell phone Thursday, and I called his office and cell phone and spoke to the company's receptionist on Friday. Each time I asked him to return my call ASAP, but he never did. He finally picked up the phone when I called late Friday afternoon, over a week after he performed the site visit. He told me he was waiting until he had a number to give me before returning my call. I had already found another appraiser by that time, so I canceled my order. ($350)
