Description of Work: Put mouse poison in crawl space and sprayed interior and exterior for beetles, spiders, etc. Also put containers in garage and laundry and bathrooms to see if any mice got into house or garage.

After the treatment we had found some siders in the basement so we called them they came right back out and didn't charge me for that which was really nice. We will use them again.

 + -1 moreI am happy with them. They do a good job and their fees seem real reasonable. When we have a special issue, they send someone out. They are always here when they say they will be.
Description of Work: They do general pest control. They inspect the house wherever they need to as well as the outside. They also check window sills and door frames as well as entrance areas along the bottom of the doors on a general basis.

 + -1 moreIt was guaranteed, which was good. They were great and they were fine. They took care of it. They would come back and check on it. It was positive working with them. They responded quickly and came to the house. They were thorough and they did the work. They were polite and they explained everything well. They were pricey, but I went online and it was the particular chemical that they used that costed that much. I think it was pretty standard. It was a lot of work on their part. They were very responsive; they came out quickly and started up right away. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Dodson Bros Exterminating Co. for pest control. We had terrible termites. It was kind of freaking me out. We had a sink that was leaking and I thought it was water damage. The plumber came and said it was the termites. They came out and sprayed very thoroughly.

 + -1 moreWe began to see a huge problem with carpenter ants and realize pest control was necessary. The Dodson rep was punctual, thorough, informative and reasonably priced compared to national firms. We have used them for more than one year and could not be happier. They are providing overall pest control. We pay $58 for quarterly visits. Good news, the carpenter ants are no longer eating our house inside out.

 + -1 moreI'm very satisfied with this company. The work quality is good. I hardly ever see bugs and spiders any more, and if I do see one and call, they send someone right away. They are very responsive in this way. The employee who comes is always professional and courteous. I like that they are very careful not to harm my property.
Description of Work: They come every other month to spray for bugs and spiders. They spray the exterior of my three bedroom, two bathroom house.
