Description of Work: patched several holes- one was extremely large- The wall has a special type of surface that has been complex for others to work with-- after the job was complete it looked as if there had never been a hole.

+ 0 moreThe work was performed very professionally, on time and exactly as discussed. From start to finish there were no surprises and he demonstrated great skills in make the large ceiling patch totally disappear before the respraying. He is a great worker that would do well on larger projects.
Description of Work: Daniel repaired a ceiling that had been cut open (2' X 12') for installation of an exhaust duct. He taped and used drywall mud to restore the ceiling to a near perfect appearance. He then scraped off the old popcorn ceiling and resprayed a new ceiling to match the rest of the house. His work was fantastic. It was exactly as he described. It took four trips to do it right, difficult for any contractor. He was alway punctual and left the house spotless after a very, very dirty project.

Description of Work: Was putting in a new sink and the cabinet was pulled out of the wall and the plumbing had to be redone leaving a large area with no wall which Danny patched up. He did a good job and left the place clean. He was just about the only workman I have ever been pleased with.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Mr. Reid is an excellent workman and very conscientious about his work. He was very good about protecting furnishings in room and moved and covered all items that might be damaged with dust I wish I could find more workmen like him for other projects.
Description of Work: Mr. Reid scraped two moisture-damaged interior plaster walls and re-plastered them. He did excellent work. I was especially pleased with his cooperation and neatness. Plastering and sanding can be messy; Mr. Reid left the room cleaner than when he began. I give him my highest recommendation.

The scope of our work was fairly extensive and I was immediately impressed by his thorough assessment of the project. The estimated cost was more than fair and by the end of the job I realized that I had been gifted a highly skilled artisan with a deep commitment to delivering quality service. Other contractors working on my home commented on the superior quality of Danny's work and inquired if he was available to do finishing work on their projects. The walls and ceilings of my home look like new construction. Danny has worked on both commercial and residential projects and seemed to really enjoy the challenge that my residence presented. He's not opposed to small jobs and recently repaired a wall for another one of my neighbors. We're all extremely pleased with the outcome of his work. In addition to being skilled, he's very reliable, honest and personable.
Description of Work: The plaster walls and ceilings of our 80 years old home were cracked, stained and uneven. Danny Reid skim coated five rooms to restore the interior texture and reconstructed concave areas of the walls and ceilings to achieve a level surface. The project also included framing and installing a suspended drywall ceiling in the kitchen and extending a closet with drywall.
