Description of Work: First of all, when we met Danielle, Josh and I were not certain that we could afford to buy a house and Danielle was the one who assured us that anything was possible! She hooked us up with the best loan agent so that we could get quotes to satisfy our concern. She sent us many, many MLS emails and we made a list of the houses we wanted to see. She spent two full SATURDAYS with us showing us 10-20 houses EACH DAY, even taking us back to the ones we wanted to see twice. Since we were first time home owners she walked us through the ENTIRE process, step-by-step. She read the paperwork to us in detail and explained everything so that we were comfortable with the documents before we signed them. She drew us diagrams and ran many numbers for us to help us identify that the house we loved would be a great investment for a short-term ownership. We LOVE our house, feel we made a GREAT investment and COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT DANIELLE LANDRISCINA OF PRUDENTIAL REALTY, ASHEVILLE! THANK YOU!

+ -1 moreDanielle showed us houses all around the Asheville area, from outside Hendersonville to Weaverville and all points in between. We visited houses she suggested after we screened them by reviewing their listings, so we saw a lot of possibilities. She got an understanding of exactly what type of house we were interested in very quickly, and we felt no pressure to consider buying something we didn't like.
Description of Work: Danielle sent us listings by e-mail which were were able to screen, then discuss with her. She took us visiting homes and answered all our questions. We ended up finding a great house and Danielle helped us understand the local market, as we were buying in Asheville for the first time. She explained the neighborhoods and their relative prices, proximity to downtown and other amenities, and helped us get the best price for our chosen house. The closing went very smoothly with Danielle's help. We are now moved in to our home and are enjoying it!
