Description of Work: The privacy glass window in our house was broken. It was supposed to be fixed within 7-8 business days. When they came out to install it,the window was measured incorrectly. We had to wait another week to get the window installed.They did put a rush on the second piece of glass as we had to go out of town. All in all they did a good job and would use them again.

+ -1 moreKim at Crystal Glass was extremely helpful in arranging both for the estimate and in scheduling the work. Moisture had seeped between the panes so the glass was very cloudy. Our house was built about 90 years ago and we were not interested in replacing the windows themselves, so our only alternative was to replace the glass. The price per window seemed reasonable to us, although having never done this type of work before we had no point of comparison. The team was very efficient and explained everything they were doing. They were also very tidy and left everything immaculate even after removing the windows from the frames. We liked working with a family owned business and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass work done!

Description of Work: I called and ordered a replacement glass for my car. I was assured it would be there the next morning. As I had plans to leave town prior to this incident, I postponed my trip until the next day due to their willingness and fast service. When I arrived at Crystal Glass that morning the guy inside sat and carried on casual conversation with someone else. He did not acknowledge I had entered. After they finished their conversation, he ask my name. He then fumbled around like he was looking for the order. I could tell he had no clue what was going on. He finally got out of his seat went to the back and "ask" if the glass had arrived. He returned telling me, it had not arrived nor would it be there today. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to wait? First, he should have greeted me as I entered and politely said he would be with me in a moment. Even though, he was making small talk with someone who seemed like he was there to chat. The place is disgustingly dirty, smelled of smoke, with trash and broken glass outside and in the back. He never apologized for the inconvenience or the mix-up of not having my glass. I personally think the glass was never ordered. He should have had the courtesy to call me that morning before my appointment to let me know my glass would not be arriving as expected. I would not recommend this company for anything.

+ -1 moreI needed a thick, clear piece of glass cut for a chrome framed coffee table top. Crystal Glass had the best price and turn around time. It turned out the first quote I got from them was a little less than it was supposed to be ( found out later when I called to confirm), but the honored the first quote anyway. Very nice guys who will get your job done. Highly Recommend.

They not only made them quickly, Crystal Glass CO was great about it. They helped me figure out what size the shelves needed to be.
