This was our second wonderful experience with Crew Plumbing. Kevin arrived on time and provided excellent advice on the purchase of a replacement kitchen sink and faucet. He also provided an estimate that was very reasonable for our area. The appointment for the installation was made within 2 days of our purchase of the new kitchen sink and faucet. Kevin arrived on time and worked after normal business hours because of an unforeseen difficulty. Kevin was pleasant, left the job site clean and made himself available for future follow up if necessary. Our new sink looks marvelous. If you ever need a plumber, Crew Plumbing must be your choice.

Doing business with Crew Plumbing has always gone well!
Description of Work: Kevin installed a new outside spigot after we had allowed the previous one to burst last winter. He also looked over a problematic kitchen faucet and explained that it will be more cost effective for us to replace it than to have him repair it. We will have them install it when we have the new one. Crew Plumbing LLC has done work for us in the past, including installing a new hot water heater, and we consider them our go-to plumbers. They are always courteous, prompt, and friendly and send appointment reminders, as well as call to let us know they are on their way. It is obvious to us that they are knowledgeable and skilled, and they have always done expert work for us.

We didn't hire them as we thought the price was exorbitant which it was.
Description of Work: We had them come for an estimate to change a water filter and fix a faucet in the shower, the estimate was $775.00 (we supplied the filter) and a $39.00 fee to come do the estimate. We thought it was too high, had another contractor come out, he did the job right then and there (supplied a new water filter) and the total charge including the filter was $350. I called Crew because of the great reviews, but they wanted more than twice as much and we supplied the filter. Shame on you Crew!

We almost never respond to reviews, but this is our first F and it definitely hurts because we try so hard to provide a good service. We feel this review misrepresents the facts to a degree that requires a response. It took an 1 hour 20 minutes to reach the this customer's residence and 1 hour and 20 minutes return time for a total of 2 hours 40 minutes travel time. The customer schedule the the job after being made aware of the $39 travel charge. Upon receiving the quote the customer was so upset that we waived the $39 travel charge. The customer has paid us nothing. The quote itself was for $697, with a 2 year guarantee. The job consisted of: installation of Eva Posi-Temp Single-Handle 1-Spray Shower Faucet Trim Kit in chrome and Moen Posi-Temp cartridge for $193.99, and installation of Heavy-duty stainless steel Aqua-Pure Whole House Filtration System for $212.97. Parts totaled $406.96. Total labor for the job would have included 3 hours on site for $290.04 (total time on this job, including driving to and from job, would have been 5 hours and 40 minutes). We are licensed and insured with a bit of overhead. We have hundreds of repeat customers who feel our rates are more than fair. If you are a potential new customer we hope that you will read our other reviews and give us a chance to show you why 98% of our other customers give us an A rating. Thank you, Kevin

From the first call for an appointment everyone has been extremely professional. I was given an appointment time, and they were on schedule. Kevin came in, assessed the situation, gave me 3 options (all good options), and promptly completed all of the work. He cleaned everything up when done. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service call like this. I would highly recommend Crew Plumbing to anyone.
