Description of Work: It is a franchise operation and the one in this area is not very good on the adiminstrative end. The actual paint job is very good and the painters were professional, clean and considerate. However,the business seems to have problems with keeping office staff and we had a hard time communicating with them

Description of Work: We had the exterior of our house painted and our deck sealed / painted. The work was long overdue so there was quite a bit of prep work that had to be done. Everything was done quite well. There was some amount of additional charges due to more extensive siding repairs needed than were originally estimated. The process of clarifying and approving the additional charges could have been easier and clearer - but everything was fair. I'd definitely use them again. The house looks amazing. There were no concerns about quality or professionalism at all.

Matt stood by what he and and the painters said they would do, and was always on time each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a interior or exterior paint job.

Description of Work: I've used Certa Pro for several jobs, interior, exterior and decks. My expectations were met if not exceeded. Estimates were prepared promptly, painters showed up on time, kept a neat work area, did quality work and cleaned up after themselves. I thought the prices were fair.
