Initial contact went okay. Chose them based on price. Ended up being about 2 weeks late on original installation. Did fine with installation but 6 months later, we have rotten bathroom subfloor due to moisture from leaking toilet. Called CC, no response. Eventually owner happened to answer and made lots of promises on repairs. Two weeks later and 3 missed appointments to come out when they said they would we called plumber to take care of leak. He confirmed toilet wasn't replaced properly, floor was uneven, so now subfloor and flooring needs to be replaced. 3 more unreturned phone calls later, we are nearing completion of repairing their mess, but of course are out additional money for replacement flooring, plumber bill to correct their error, and repair and replacement costs for the subfloor. This is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring companies I've ever worked with. If you choose to go with them, just hope that its perfect from the beginning and they don't do permanent damage to your home. Or you better have money and patience for repairs and new flooring when anything goes wrong because they have no intention of standing behind their work.

CC's gave me a great price on glue-down carpet for my motel and came out to install it in a timely manner. The problem is that the 3 rooms I had carpet put in (2 months ago) reek of an overwhelming chemical that will not go away.After 3 weeks, called to tell CC's we were having a problem, Tammy said they'd send someone out. No one came. Called again a week later and the guy who sold me the carpet told me they do hundreds of installations of glue down and noone else has complained and that it was my rooms that had the problem odor (although none of my other rooms had a problem) and refused to come out and even smell it for himself!! He was condescending, arrogant and dismissive of my problem. I began to get angry and he said "Don't you raise your voice at me. I gave you a great price on that carpet!" I told himthat I could not rent the rooms because of the smell and it didn't matter if the carpet was free. He finally agreed to askthe carpet manufacturer's rep out in a week. The rep claimed he didn't smell a thing. My entire staff, a few friends and guestsin neighboring rooms were asked to sniff and tell me if they smelled anything (without leading them to a problem) and everyone agreed that the smell was powerful. I had put a check in the mail for payment and, thankfully, they had not cashed the check so I put a stop payment on it and got the BBB involved. Their complete refusal to even come out and check the job was inexcusable. I had an insurance adjuster look at the rooms while he was adjusting my roof and he believes that either they did not treat the concrete before installation (I am told this is standard procedure for any carpet company install.)and/or they used way too much glue. He said that if this is the case, the sweating concrete is causing the alcohol-based glue (used to be animal based) to put out the odor.The worse news is that I cannot rent these 3 rooms until the issue is settled because I can't pull up the carpet.

We are were very happy with the services. We plan on using them in the future for more flooring in our home.

Do check the flooring grade before you buy and know what you are getting I didn't. Do make sure you save the left over wood and vinyl pieces

The flooring is pretty. They did a good work. They were very quick. They were very professional. I would recommend them. They came when they said they were going to.

After spending months looking at flooring in the big box stores, a friend of mine who is an interior decorator told me about C C Flooring. I had been trying to find a floor to accent my kitchen cabinets, so I took a cabinet door with me. I met Tammy Checca, who owns C C with her husband. Tammy asked me a few questions about what I wanted and we discussed the problem of the existing ceramic floor. She was the first person who told me about ramping the adjoning areas (i.e. rooms that are next to kitchen. This was important, because by putting the hardwood over the tile would have created an uneven surface. The ramping provided a gradual level from one room to the other. This was wonderful, because we really did not want to tear out the tile. It would have been expensive and a large mess. After taking home several samples of flooring I still hadn't found one that would work color and texture wise with the cabinets. Tammy asked me some detailed questions on what I liked and didn't like about the samples and then came out with a wood I had never seen before. I took it home and it was perfect. It lit up the kitchen, which was a little dark, and perked up the cabinets. Tammy's husband Terry came out and measured the areas to determine the amount of wood needed to do the job. Tammy then called several suppliers to get us the best price and we placed our order. About two weeks latter the wood arrived we set an install date. The installer came out the day before delivered the wood and looked over the job. It took him two days to do the work. At a latter date Terry came back and did the ramping work. The floor looks beautiful and overall everything went well. If you want personal service and a great price go to C C Flooring. They also sell carpet and tile.

Arrived on time. Installation was uneventful except for a high spot in the kitchen due to a high floor joist. Owners first reaction was "we didn't build your house, we can't fix it, you'll have to call a contractor". After awhile cooler heads prevailed and the crew cut out some of the old vinyl and quarter inch underlayment to get an acceptably level job. Cleanup was OK and the job was finished in one day. Later we discovered two minor problems, a loose T molding and a wrinkle in adjacent carpet in a bedroom. After approximately five calls to Tammy with no result we gave up. Overall, the product and installation were fine but customer service and follow-up are lacking.
