We have been using John Carpenter for our home and rental properties forever. He's wonderful.

Everything went according to plan. He provided everything we agreed on and installed it within the time frame estimated. I would definitely use his services again.

.I use Carpenter Plumbing because he is so honest, and he is very careful not to do anything that he doesn't have to.

John was originally recommended by a neighbor. We were having water pressure problems at our summer home. We'd clean the sand filter and within a day or so, we would again lose water pressure. My neighbor, who also was having a well problem (totally different issue), took John to our house to diagnose the problem. Afterwards, we talked over the phone and John gave me his assessment of what he thought the problem was. I authorized him to replace the tank, which he said was about half the size it should be. He explained the old tank had a liner that will deteriorate after a number of years. He did the work shortly thereafter. We've been back to the house and everything is working great. He obviously feels good about his work - he wrote a date on the tank and signed his name to show he had done the work.

Very well. He came out and recommended what we needed, and we had already researched systems. Came back the next day and installed the system in a day. Very professional and would highly recommend him.
