real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreCost was paid for by buyer of home. A lot of missed communication or lack of communication between loan company and appraisal company. Due to being hard to get in touch with, closing was delayed by a couple of weeks. Does not have an answering machine, so difficult to get in touch with to check on progress of appraisal
Description of Work: Appraisal ordered by loan company to complete buyer's purchase package of our home (we were seller).
