+ -1 moreWhen it came time to make an offer on the home I eventually bought, Bonnie quickly prepared accurate comparisons and paperwork. I was confident with Bonnie’s suggested price and I experienced her hold her ground as a negotiator. Throughout the closing process Bonnie was always on top of the job always leading the other parties. From offer to close I was impressed with Bonnie’s staying on top of the process and her cheerful attitude throughout. Bonnie told me to contact her with any concern I had, and I was absolutely certain she would meet my needs when called upon. My parents helped guide me through the process and they were deeply impressed with Bonnie Gilbert, particularly in comparison to their mediocre home buying experiences as well as that of my brother’s. My parents and I are expecting to use Bonnie Gilbert again for any real estate purchases in the future.
Description of Work: Bonnie Gilbert is my buyers agent. I was completely satisfied with Bonnie Gilbert and Jeanette Syprazak from theCity Pros as well as their real estate company, Trillium Properties. I liked that Trillium Properties is a local business. From the start I was impressed with the promptness and professionalism of Bonnie. This theme was consistent throughout the entire home buying process with Bonnie always leading me throughout the process. When showing homes, Bonnie drew from a wealth of knowledge and experience, providing professional insight whether it was comparisons, price range, or home construction character. I knew I had found a dedicated agent when we were looking at one home and Bonnie, knowing my dad and I like to look at crawl spaces, led the way in her nice business attire and heels scoping out the structure from the 3 and 1/2 foot high crawl space area. Every room we stepped in Bonnie had valuable insight about the hardware of the room. Whenever I was ready to look at a home Bonnie was ready to go and had all the necessary materials at hand.
