Blossman Gas Appliance & Service

I called today for a possible business with them but was told that the installation itself would cost us roughly $1000!!! What??? Never heard of that. No thanks.

Took weeks to get set up in 2018. They kept forgetting about me. I tried to cancel due to new fees for not using enough gas, they charge more fees just to cancel. They can’t even tell you the fees until after the perform service. Please consider any other provider. There is NO TRANSPARENCY at all. I asked upfront and then they added fees quoting “In my rental agreement it says they can update the agreement without notifying me”.

I would like to take a moment to share my recent experience with Blossman Gas service. We have had a small gas leak for some time. We noticed it near our generator and would ask people about it and everyone would tell us it is normal thing to occasionally smell gas especially if it is near a generator because the regulator relieves pressure. We shrugged it off for quite some time and then decided we better call Blossman who we have a contract with for our water heater and the only company we have trust. We have a 1,000 gallon tank and have bought plenty of gas form Blossman over the past 6 years since buying our home in Leicester. When Ronnie came over last visit in March he identified the problem was at the generator. We scheduled to have the service and when Ronnie came over when we were out of town the gate company had just started to repair the gate but it was locked and we could not get him to the job. He politely rolled with this and we rescheduled the job once the gate was working and when we would be at the home. Ronnie is amazing his demeanor is absolutely the best. He is calming when needed I was a bit in a panic and assured me not to worry and found the shut off valve was at ground level. He advised us to make it right and when he came to the home he not only fixed the leak he rebuilt the way the regulator would be 2 feet above the ground and he plumbed it so that if there was an issue no cutting of pipe would be required it could be taken apart like an expert pluming job! Ronnie is the face of Blossman as far as I am concerned and he is doing an amazing job representing Blossman. He put me at ease. He is professional and knowledgeable and I will request Ronnie when we need service each and every time we request service. I am sure you have many qualified representatives who do service at Blossman but Ronnie is a star! Props go to Blossman for finding such an amazing employee and to have a person who would come out to do service in the middle of a pandemic crisis where so many people are in a panic he was focused and kept his distance and we are very happy customers. In fact we are now building out an historic home and we will need a lot of service we plan to give all the work to Blossman and not planning to even consider anyone else Signed: A very happy Blossman Customer

We are still waiting for them to complete the job - even though they have billed us. The generator has failed multiple county inspections. We have called Blossmans numerous times to get them out here to finish up and now Mike Taylor says it is not his problem but the subcontractor's issue. Blossmans hired the sub. Meanwhile, we are being charged interest and being threatened with disassembling the generator if we don't pay. Don't hire them. They are incompetent and dishonest. Different employees and subs showed up with no prior notice and sometimes without knowing what they were here for. No one in the company communicates with each other or the customer. Honestly just the worst!

It went very well. The person who came to the house was professional and thorough. He made sure everything worked before leaving and gave an exact cost. We were very pleased. Blossman also gave us a price guarantee through May of this year.

We have used Blossman for over ten years. When I questioned the price after this last delivery, they told me of a new incentive program that dropped the price from about $500 to $323.
