Billy's Mobil & Modular Construction Inc

I called 5 local contractors for estimates and had difficulty getting quotes from all of them in the time frame they'd stated. I had left 2 messages on Billy's office phone, requesting a call back. When I tried the alternate number in the yellow pages, I reached him on his cell phone. He was professional and responded in a timelly manner. His quote was comparable to the other 2 received (and was the 1st proposal I received, even though he was the last to receive the specs). He was courteous to call and say his crew had been delayed on another job, rescheduled for the next day, arrived at the time expected, cleaned up afterwards and presented his bill, as proposed. Re-inspection is pending, but I anticipate no problem, as the engineer is familiar with his work, and recommended Billy (and one other firm) highly.
