I want to share a recent experience I had with Best roofing company in Asheville NC I was subcontracted to perform several jobs for them, and despite completing the work as agreed, I have not received payment for my services. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact Shane Delahoz to resolve this issue amicably, but unfortunately, my efforts have been ignored. As a professional in the industry, I believe it’s important for others to be aware of my experience before entering into any agreements with this company. If anyone else has had similar experiences or knows how to assist in resolving this matter, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your attention and support. I got some replacements on my roof and I got to say These folks really know how to do their job with efficiency and integrity. the management was very involved and attentive to what I needed done and was very respectful as was the team . I Highly recommend !!

e and his crews have done multiple jobs for me over the years in my renovation/remodeling business. They handle themselves respectfully,professionally and courteously. Meticulous attention to detail and quality is evident in the total job from meeting the customer to finishing the job neatly and completely. Shane is very knowledgeable in the field of roofing and expects the same in workmanship on the job. I have never had a callback on any of their work ranging from small area redo's, total re-roofs and repairs. I have no need to call any other company for work I need done on roofing.

Reasons we DO NOT recommend this company: -Did not do everything in contract. Contract said to replace flashing around chimney- DID NOT DO. -Charged for services not performed. -Roofers were drinking on the job. Found proof in our back yard after they left. -Had to call them back to "repair" what they had just "finished". We got up on the roof after they left for the day. They said they were done. My husband found 14 things that weren't done right. Took pictures of them all. Including, but not limited to, roofing nails not all the way in, roofing boots not sealed correctly, drip edge damaged, and flashing not replaced around chimney. Shotty work. The joints in the fascia in the front of the house do not meet. There is a significant gap that was stuffed with caulk. When I mentioned the eyesore, he stuffed it with MORE caulk instead of fixing it right. -No pride in work, they just tried to get it done, and get out. -The owners of the company seemed like they didn't really know their workers. Almost like they hired someone off the street for the day. -Did NOT honor refund on services not performed. It has been almost two months and we still haven't gotten our refund. They have been given PLENTY of time. - Used Googled images in their quotes, not their own work.

They made an appointment for 9:00 on Sept. 25. They did not show up or call ever!

Best Roofing installed a new metal roof on our home back in 2014 and we have been delighted with their work ever since. The products they used were top quality, the crew was professional and efficient, and the end result was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Shane and his team were extremely professional. Came out and finished the job in just a few hours. They were very easy to talk to and super friendly. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing their type of services.

We had one shingle blow off the roof during a heavy wind storm. While the outside temp was cold we didn't have a problem. But once the outside temp warmed up and rain started we had water dripping through the wood of the cathedral ceiling. I put out a request on Angie's list and within and hour Best Roofing called me. They dispatched a certified roofer immediately and within another hour the roof was fixed and the leak stopped! FANTASTIC response and work!! I couldn't be happier! Great worker, great job, great company!!

As the name implies, Best is top notch.

Best did a large job removing old roof and installing all new shingles. Outcome exceeded expectations. Quote extremely thorough and very well explained. Forman double checked everything and did numerous small fixes to make sure roof was in perfect condition when done. Workers were punctual and cleaned up nicely.

We needed a complete roof replacement and are very glad we chose Best Roofing. We are very happy with the work that was done and appreciate how quickly the job was completed. The crew was professional and efficient and worked 12 - 13 hour days to get the job done. We will certainly recommend Best Roofing to our friends and neighbors.

Everything was done as per contract. To my surprise, The entire roof was removed and replaced in one day. The property was left clean of all material and nails and hauled away in two dumpster loads. When this roof wears out in thirty five years, I will call Best Roofing again. I will be 105 by then, maybe I could leave a note to the next owner. I got three bids for this job and they were all about the same price. What made the difference was Shane and his eye for the small things that everyone else missed. His professionalism won him the bid.

Excellent. Very professional company. They did what they said would be done, when they said it would be done. Started with a fantastic presentation when coming out to look at the job. Very professional almost all my questions were answered before I asked. Once contract was signed and deposit put down, they assigned a project manager. Noah was the project manager assigned to oversee work. I was not on site while work was being done. He kept me update on everything they were doing. We texted a couple times a day. Even with one major repair to a structural issue from the damage to the roof that they did not know about until they got the old roof off, they were able to stay on the quoted rate. They are one of only three contractors in my area that I would recommend to do work for me. They are awesome.
