+ -1 moreWhen we bought our appliances, everything was fine. When I needed service for my stove 1 1/2 years later, it was just too bad. I was on my own. The stove company was in Canada and trying to find someone around here to service it was a nightmare. Ballard's was no help at all. I had to repeatedly call and e-mail the company myself. If you buy from Ballards, you'd better get a common brand appliance that repairmen in this area are familiar with.
Description of Work: Sale and delivery of refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave.

+ -1 moreWe will save money now with these. It's very quiet! You hardly know it's even running! They do service on site. They delivered these for us. This was a very good experience, very good service.
Description of Work: I purchased an energy efficient Bosch washer and dryer. It's invented, which means you don't have to vent it to the outside. We also got a warranty plan.
