James from Asheville Concrete Coatings claims to be a "Concrete Beautician." He stopped by for an estimate on my driveway, but didn't take any measurements and wouldn't write my name or email address down (asked me to text it to him). I never received an estimate and that's the last I heard of him even after trying to reach out for follow-up. Very unprofessional and misleading! Don't waste your time.

Very Badly. Person showed up initally without tape measure so was unable to give us a firm estimate. A future appointment was scheduled which the company missed - and failed to call to tell us they would miss appointment. When called about missed appointment, company representative seemed not to remember appointment but said they would check schedule and call "right back". That was the last we heard from them. Several calls to the company resulted in messages being left on their answering machine with no return calls. We have been effectively ignored by the company since the call to remind them of the missed appointment.
